Deer Ridge Elementary School

Dear Crafter: The 35th annual Holly Days Craft Show will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9am-3pm. Spaces cost $65.00 each and measure approximately 8 feet by 5 feet. Each space includes 2 chairs with the option to rent one {1) table per space. Tables are $10 each and measure 8 feet by 2.5 feet. NEW THIS YEAR WE HAVE LIMITED TABLES AVAILABLE TO RENT, THESE WILL BE ON A FIRST COME BASIS. You are welcome to bring your own tables as long as they fit within the approved space{s). Please remember that ALL your products, displays, payment processing equipment, and supplies MUST remain in your assigned space. Aisleways in and around booth spaces are maintained per fire code.

THE RAFFLE IS BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR! Each vendor will be required to provide one (1) donated item {suggested value: $20+) for our Holly Days Auction, with all proceeds going to support Deer Ridge Elementary. Once your application is accepted, we will be in touch with details.

If you are new to our show, please note that this show is juried; thus, you must submit photos of your products with your application. Emailed photographs to deerridgecraftshow@gmail.com are acceptable. HARD COPY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. If you have been accepted into our show in the past and photos are already on file, you DO NOT need to send photos. We will be accepting select independent sale products, and we do have a small number of tables reserved for Deer Ridge student crafters. The Holly Days Committee reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant.

The reservation of your booth space is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed until payment is received. All applications post-marked after May 1st will have an increased rental space of $75 per booth. All checks should be made out to DEER RIDGE ELEMENTARY PTC.
